What we collect

• Employee and manager account information, such as name, work email, role, and location.
• Scheduling information and shift details.
• Call-out records submitted through the portal, including date, location, and reason.
• Manager mobile phone numbers, collected only when a manager opts in to SMS absence alerts.
• Basic technical data such as IP address and browser type, used for security and consent records.

How we use it

We use this information for internal operations: running the portal, managing schedules, sharing company resources, and notifying managers when an employee calls out of a shift. We do not sell personal information.

SMS / Mobile Information

SMS / Mobile Information. Mobile phone numbers and SMS consent are collected only to send the absence notifications managers have opted in to receive. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. Information may be shared with subcontractors and service providers (such as our SMS delivery provider) solely to provide and support the messaging service.

How to opt out of SMS

Reply STOP to any message, or turn off SMS Alerts in your portal settings. Reply HELP or email info@foxtailcatering.com for help. See our SMS Terms for details.

Data retention and security

We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes above, or as required by law. SMS consent records, including opt-outs, are retained to document compliance. We use access controls, encryption in transit, and reputable hosting and service providers to protect information.

Access and deletion requests

To request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information, email info@foxtailcatering.com. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request.
